It’s the new Microsoft Surface Studio, and I have to say that it’s the most freaking desk or studio I have seen so far..!! This one is a short introduction to you about Surface Studio and it specification.
1. The Surface Studio
So basically, Surface Studio is a new device in Surface Series of Microsoft designed for creative process and purposes with a 28″ canvas laying out your imagination and creativity in sketch and art like over a drafting table.

3. PixelSense – The Brilliant Canvas
The display is incredibly thin and strikingly large 28″ display integrated with PixelSense™. The PixelSense platform is a combination of a set software and hardware which is a multitouch PC hardware with 360-degree multiuser application design, and a Natural User Interface(NUI) achieved through Windows software.
It’s a 192PPi display with 4500×3000 resolution supporting multi-touch upto 10 points and 3:2 aspect ratio with zero gravity hinge.
4. Write and Sketch Naturally
Surface pens are specially designed for sketching and designing with increased precision accuracy. Surface pen supports different pressure sensitivity which means it feels like really working with a pencil.
Surface Pen feels as good as pen on paper; with precision ink on one end and an eraser on the other. Also, you can rest your hand on the screen as you write, just like you would naturally.
5. Surface Dial
Surface Dial is a completely new way to interact with technology and create in the most natural, immersive way. Store, customize, access, navigate, and reimagine physical tools in the digital world – from concept to creation.
Press and hold the surface dial over the screen and a circular scrollable menu will appear making it easier to do things with the workflow. The use of surface dial makes the workflow pretty fast as various operations are possible.
With Surface Dial in one hand and Surface Pen in the other, you can unlock your creativity with easy access to shortcuts, controls, drawing tools, and more. Adjust the volume on your favorite Groove track. Scroll through news articles without touching your keyboard or mouse. Fly through your local city in Windows Maps. Or place it directly on the screen and watch as a color picker or ruler magically appears on your digital drafting table.
Overall, Surface Studio is a creative canvas to draw your ideas right over a machine instead of a drafting table just like a professional with immersive tools and precision.
