In order to play AVI movies on a DVD player, DivX has a “Home Theater” Profile ready. Only SAD converters use this profile, but we were disappointed. Just like Movavi sets the aspect ratio to 4: 3, so you do not remove black bars while playing. When we tried to set a different aspect ratio in the Movavi converter, the tool refused to work. We tried to look into an XML file where configuration of individual profiles is stored. When we changed it according to our expectations, the program did not start at all.
