My mum, daughter and I returned from our holiday to Bali just over a week ago and I wanted to let you know what an amazing holiday we had. Hi Karine, Just a quick email to say thanks for all your help in organising our Ayana Resort ‘Getaway’ on 4 March. You were right, great choice. Everything was perfect. Resort and all its facilities + staff amazing. From the moment we stepped off the aircraft in Denpasar all arrangements went ‘like clockwork’. Only Jetstar let us down with delays. My only regret was we could have done with a longer timeout. Have been passing your website onto all I know who is in need of a holiday. Thanks again for valuable assistance. I would like to say that we were all very appreciative of the VIP service (especially my parents) that was included by My Bali and it Is a service that we all would definitely look to experience again. I must admit I was a little cautious of booking the packages online as I hadn’t used My Holiday Centre before, but I would absolutely recommend your Company and yourself to all and sundry. We met a number of other Aussies that were staying at The Westin with the same deal, and it was all spoken about with high regard. I recently booked a holiday through you guys to Bali, only to realise, after having finalised the whole thing, that the hotel I had booked was not actually on the beach front and due to this being my number 1 priority when going to Bali, I knew this would not suit us at all. After losing a couple of nights sleep, I finally gave you guys a call to see if I could change this and was helped by Korina Meagher, who made me feel totally happy again by sorting it all out and only giving me positive comments and reassurances, that there was no problem here and it could easily be fixed up, and changed to whatever hotel I wanted, and only an administrative cost of $55 per booking would be charged. After this was all sorted, I was happy and once again looking forward to our holiday to Bali. I feel that this was all due to Korina’s help and friendly handling of this matter, making me feel that it was not too much trouble, with my holiday booking her main concern. I would like you to record somewhere my positive affirmations regarding Korina’s handling of this matter. Thanks again Korina and team for your handling of our holiday booking and subsequent changes. Being our first ever holiday family overseas, I was a little unsure how to coordinate our journey, but everything ran like clockwork! From day one to the end of our holiday, everything fell into place. Ayana was beyond our expectations! The most beautiful people , place and atmosphere – we are already planning our return. The Westin at Nusa Dua was perfect for the children!

The value was phenomenal which means we still had money left to spend on things for the house! (I was tempted to suggest another holiday to Alex….but we do need a new lounge suite). Hi, We are a week back from a fantastic holiday in Bali serviced by your company. I have to say, that it was all super. The hotel was perfect (Westin Nusa Dua) really nice people and we enjoyed to stay there. This was not the first time we stayed in this hotel, so we knew what we could expected. All the other services were perfect and we were absolutely surprised by the VIP service. This was for us the fifth time in Bali, but we never past the immigration and customs that fast. Many, many thanks for all this. We know it is all in the price, but the next holiday in Bali we will find you. At the end of next year we are planning a holiday in Fiji (Westin of course) and we will absolutely have the services of My Fiji. “My Bali” package to Pullman Hotel, Legian was an absolute breeze. From meet and greet, VOA, transport to hotel, hotel check in, we were also upgraded in hotel after a couple of small issues.
Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, also no problems with $250 credit. 4 Hour vehicle & driver was efficient and courteous. Bali Hai cruise was all that was advertised, staff were also very good. Leaving service was also very good, could not fault driver, airport contact was very good. All in all, a great experience, would definitely recommend “My Bali” to friends.

“My Holiday Centre”
Just returned from a great holiday to Bali which we booked with My Holiday Centre. They organised superbly The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa at Seminyak which was just perfect. Located right on the beach and just a 5 minute walk into Seminyak Square and also a 10 minute walk to Potato Head, and many many fabulous restaurants.We were met on arrival and whisked though immigration and then assisted with our bags through customs, straight to an air-conditioned vehicle to be dropped of at the Seminyak…so easy! They gave us a car and driver for the day to go wherever we wanted plus breakfasts and a couple of dinners, which we didn’t use because of all the fabulous restaurants we wanted to experience in Seminyak. The departure was just as seamless as the arrival. Assisted with check in, whisked through immigration and then settled in to a special lounge to await our departure.
Hi Elissa, We Loved Anantara, obliging Happy smiling staff, go out of their way to help, food great, pool well appointed over looking the beach, great views from our suite, bathroom & dressing room very large, well designed, we could sit up in bed see the waves rolling on to the beach. Anantara close to shopping in Seminyak, we travelled with My Bali to Ayana 2 years ago loved this Resort also so we made a day trip to Ayana we enjoyed. The service from My Bali Holidays is flawless everything runs like clock work effortless certainly made our holiday, on returning home whilst waiting in the business lounge, we run into a old friend George & his wife, they had also travelled with My Bali to Ayana their 1st time to Bali they also loved every minute and spoke how great the transfers & Hotel Resorts were. The weather was perfect beautiful hot sunny days, thank you Elissa for organizing everything, I give you 11 out of 10! Is that allowed?

Hi Dean, We recently returned from a Bali holiday at Ayana we booked through your company. It was just amazing and wanted to thank My Bali for all of the wonderful attention we received.
We felt privileged to be met by the friendly staff at the airport and escorted through to the car to take us to Ayana. On arrival at Ayana we found that they had upgraded us to a Club room which we further upgraded directly with Ayana to a suite .. it was pure luxury. The staff at Ayana were fantastic. The extra credit at the resort was a great way for us to try all the facilities (massages etc.) and sample each restaurant … not to mention the cocktails! At the end of our holiday we were again picked up by the My Bali representative (who was early) and taken back to the airport. Another My Bali staff member assisted with our luggage and flight then escorted us to the lounge to await our flight in comfort. The entire experience was remarkable and went very smoothly. We want to thank My Bali for the wonderful holiday we had and will happily recommend the company to anyone who is interested in holidaying in Bali. Hi Lyndal, It’s that young guy that turned 70 years of age from Dunsborough ,WA. WOW……..WOW……WHAT A HOLIDAY……everybody had BALL. The Westin Resort ,Nusa Dua ,Bali was fabulous,fully refurbished with all it’s traditional decor and furnishings, beautifull gardens and pool areas,………from to moment we arrived they made us sooo welcome and just spoilt us rotten with service and that fantastic happeness that is so refreshing . We were taken to our room by Ayu Lestari , the Guest Experience Supervisor that I had been emailing about all the birthday arrangements and shown into our top floor suite and told this room has the best view of the whole Resort….. WOW….The next morning we meet with her again just to finalise everything for our special night…..which was done to perfection. Our party was a huge success,with 17 people attending and the Seafood BBQ Banguet that we settled on ,just blew us( Michel and I) away as there was seafood running out of everybodies ears……..everyone said they couldn’t eat another thing…………thats when they presented us with a huge Birthday Cake and with the aid of the Band sang ….HBTY……..what impressed me the most was Ayu coming back that night …..ON HER DAY OFF……just to make sure everything was going to plan. How can you match that sort of service, when staff give up their own time………..! After the dinner was over we …..most of us…. headed for the Beach Bar which was supposed to close at 12-30…..but the management saw we were having such a great time they left it open and I said good night about 2am and it was still going strong. Michel and I can not get over the service they showed us and everybody else and nothing was of any trouble and done from the heart by the most happiest people on Earth. As Michel and I have travelled quite extensively, this Resort would be the friendliest and have the happiest staff anywhere we have ever stayed at, in the world , we would highly recommend The Westin Resort to anyone. Lyndal…….Thank you so much for organising all the travel for the majority of us for this special night., and we will definately be contacting you again soon for our next holiday. Dear Lyndal, Recently we went to Bali and the arrangements were made by your company. The whole trip exceeded our expectations. The Westin Hotel was an exceptional standard, with high class service. We appreciated the 10 meal vouchers we were given and all of the food was excellent. The afternoon tea given to us by the hotel on the day before departure was a nice touch.
VIP transport to and from the airport to the hotel was prompt, friendly and efficient. The VIP lounge at the airport was appreciated. My wife and i have travelled to many countries around the world and so have experienced many standards in the travel industry.
