Glo Is Deducting From Main Data Balance When Streaming On Free YouTube Data Offer

The last time we published an article on why always Glo and this time around Glo is making headline yet again for the wrong reason.

Last year, Glo introduced free night Youtube Streaming offer for Glo customers who subscribe to a data plan of N500 and above. The Glo free YouTube offer allows Glo customers to stream YouTube videos from the hours of 1am to 5:30am throughout the validity period of the data plan that they subscribed for. And the free YouTube streaming data is capped at 2.5GB

Since Glo has not officially ended the free night YouTube streaming offer, it is presumably that the offer is still ongoing.

But for those of you that might be oblivious on the current happening with regards to the free YouTube Streaming, it is worthy to notify you that Glo is currently deducting data from main data plan account balance during the free YouTube streaming hour and even if you have subscribed to a N500 or more data plan that qualifies you for the free YouTube streaming, you might be noticing the present turn of event, which is data deduction from your main data account.

So if you are currently streaming YouTube video at night with your Glo, you should be wary of this latest development and check your data balance to know if Glo is also deducting from your main data balance, in order for you not to run into zero data balance at night without you knowing.

To check for your Glo main data at any point in time, you can use the short cut code *127*0#
