Three companies and their drivers have promised anti-piracy direction Brein that they no longer Offer Iptv Subscriptions with links to illegal offers. According to Brein, it is the largest providers of iptv packages in the Netherlands.

The providers of iptv subscriptions Leaper, Growler and DitisTV have signed the abstention statement, as well as their directors in a personal capacity. If the three do not comply with the declaration, a penalty payment with a maximum of € 10,000 per day per infringement is threatened.

In the statement, they promise not to offer links to unauthorized streams or other unauthorized offers of copyrighted material, as part of iptv subscriptions or software packages. With the statement, the companies avoid a summary order.

There is still a bottom procedure. In addition, Leaper Beheer BV received a ban from the court of Maastricht in early May. The verdict was that Leaper was guilty of copyright infringement with his offer of links to about four thousand TV channels and about a thousand films and series. The damage has yet to be determined.

According to Brein, the drivers of Leaper are also behind DitisTV, which previously delivered media boxes but from April 2017 focused on iptv subscriptions.
