Manual BSNL east Gprs Settings:
It's very simple........u must have balance more than Rs 50
go to your phone configuration from there select network from there to personal configuration settings create a access point name [APN] as '' gprseast.cellone.in'' and a web also....use data bearer , packet data access point name as '' gprseast.cellone.in'' packet data ,network type IPV4 ,authentication -normal.....in web use preferred access point name -NO ,proxy -OFF. in web go to settings and use the personal configuration there and activate the settings...........now switch off your phone and when u will switch it on you will get what u need.....

2. Username - leave blank
3. Password - leave blank
4. Proxy - Enabled/yes
5. Homepage - http://wap.cellone.in
6. Proxy and Server address - 010.132.194.196
7. Proxy and Server Port - 8080
8. Acces Point Name - wapnorth.cellone.in
9. Data bearer - GPRS/ Packetdata
10. Authentication Type - Normal
