Google Maps reaches the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 and the Amazfit Bip

I found a new app in the Play Store, and it’s Mi Band Maps. This lightweight app comes with a very interesting premise, which is to give the possibility to the Mi Band 3, the smart bracelet of Xiaomi. And also the Amazfit Bip receives this feature to show tracking routes based on Google maps Maps

Xiaomi’s Mi Band 3 is calling as most popular smart wristbands. This is one of the wearables with the best quality/price ratio in the market. The Amazfit Bip, meanwhile, is also listed as one of the most popular smartwatches of today. Now, both can guide you on your journey, whatever, with this new app, which is the one that we talk about below.

Mi Band Maps has a fairly simple operation. In itself, the app is based on maps from Google Maps to display the navigation information in both wearables. Therefore, instead of taking your smartphone to use the Google map service, now you just have to take a look at your Mi Band 3 or Amazfit Bip to know where to go. However, it does not work alone: the respective band or watch must have Mi-Fit installed to operate. This app is necessary to enable Mi Band Maps notifications.

From the interface of the same one, several data can be visualized, as it is the name of the street, the distance of destiny that is missing and the estimated time of arrival. In turn, it tells you where to go, clearly, through the indication on the interface and small vibrations that warn you if a change of direction is approaching.

It is worth mentioning that the app only works on both devices, it is compatible with Android 5.1 or higher and it is not free . To have it, you must pay Rs.80, a very reasonable price if we consider what it offers. Another of its benefits is that it is free of ads and does not have in-app purchases. As such, Mi Band Maps goes to the grain.
