Reportedly, the producers of blocks EOS (BP) received the order in which they are required to stop processing transactions 27 Account.
This became known thanks to the tweets of user @ferdousbhai, who posted a screenshot of the order EOS Core Arbitration Forum (ECAF), and in comments said that the screenshot he got a Telegram in one of the channels as the group in which he works is one of the candidates manufacturers blocks.

In order ECAF it is noted that account must be frozen “pending further review of the claims arbitrator” and that “logic and reasoning” of this order will be published later.
Sam Shoemaker who signed the order as “a temporary emergency arbitrator” ECAF, in his LinkedIn profile claims that he is the blockchain realist, and his last place of work is about a landscaping company called “Gardens From Here”. No ECAF nor Shoemaker did not comment on the existence of this order.
Last week, the producers of EOS units was harshly criticized by Twitter users when they have frozen seven accounts related to fraud without the ECAF. Shortly after this ECAF has issued an order to freeze these accounts. But the decision-making process blocks manufacturers, suggests that the network of EOS is not so decentralized.
