How to Enable Restricted Mode on iPhone:

YouTube is one of the most powerful social media video streaming website available today. In an average month, 8 out of 10 18-49 year-olds view YouTube. Almost 300 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute.

So the impact is undeniable!

You can eventually find every type of video under the sun.It can be a 5-minute recipe teaching you how to boil an egg to an hour long topic of Astrophysics lecture.

So the range is huge!

But sometimes it is overwhelming and we must restrict the range of videos YouTube offers. Kids are obsessed with YouTube. But there is some video which may not be appropriate for them to watch.

In this post, I will post I will discuss how you can enable Restricted Mode on your iPhone.

Restricted Mode mainly functions on the browser or device level, so you must turn the Restricted Mode on for each browser you use. If your browser supports multiple profiles, you must enable it for each profile.

Now let’s follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Open your YouTube app.

Step 2:  Touch the circle(Profile) top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3:  Choose the Settings option.

Step 4:  Move the button to the right of Restricted Mode to turn it on. When the Restriction mode is on the button turns blue. Just as the picture below.

Step 5: You are done!

Now you can rest assured that YouTube will only show you the most appropriate videos you kids can watch too!
