The 840 horsepower 2018 Dodge Challenger Srt Demon is now on its way to dealers. Only 3,300 will be produced and out of that total 3,000 will go to buyers in the U.S. and the remaining 300 will go to Canada.

Certified as the first purpose-built, street-legal production drag car, the Challenger Srt Demon can reach 60 mph in 2.3 seconds and 140 mph in 9.65 seconds. The Challenger SRT Demon is also the first-ever production car to achieve a front-wheel lift as certified by Guinness World Records.

Pricing for the 2018 Dodge Challenger Srt Demon starts at $86,090, but buyers can also choose from a long list of accessories. The Demon Authentication Package only cost $1, includes a carbon-fiber Certicard, as well as individual build sheets packaged in a hermetically sealed sleeve placed inside an archive portfolio. A custom car cover only costs $695 and a rear delete package makes removing the rear seat easier when you’re headed to the track.
