Google finally launched the Pixel 2 XL and Pixel 2 Smartphone and some mobile phone reviewers already laid their hands on them. One outstanding feature on both devices is that they both support some network carriers with inbuilt electronic SIM, though devices came with the usual SIM ports for the currently popular nanoSIM.
According to reviews by GSMarena, a year ago Google priced the Pixel and Pixel XL devices exactly like the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in the United States. But now Google made the Pixel 2 relatively cheaper at the rate of $649 as compared to the iPhone 8's $699 price tag.
The Pixel 2 XL has been re-modified compared to its predecessor whose camera "window" was met with mixed reactions. This time, though, the overall design has been refined and the glass lifts up past the frame, so it's got a wider look.

Since the device doesn't come with an antenna, it now looks cleaner and more fashionable, though I heard the Pixel 2 XL doesn't have the wireless charging as many expected.
In display, the Google pixel 2 XL can be compared to the LG v30. Though the Pixel 2 XL is a bit wider and longer than the LG V30 you might not be able to spot the difference. And the larger bezels were needed to accommodate the Pixel 2 XL's loud stereo speakers, which the V30 does not have.
MASSIVE CAMERA
The Google Pixel 2 XL comes with a 12MP sensor but this new camera incorporates an optical image stabilization which you can't find on it's predecessor. Another notable improvement is the wider f/1.8 aperture over last year's f/2.0. On the other hand sensor size has shrunk from 1./2.3" to 1/2.6" so it's interesting to see how things balance out at the end.
The Google Pixel 2 XL and Pixel 2 both use the same camera hardware and software algorithm. So regardless of which device you go with, you'd be getting the same image quality.
