Webcams are mostly used by vloggers for creating software tutorials, game commentaries, reaction videos, etc. If you fit in any of these categories, then you should definitely think of using a webcam to shoot your videos. Basically if you need to share your screen on the majority of your videos then using a webcam is a far better option than the normal cameras.

Because when you are using the DSLR or a compact camera you would have to stich your screen recording and the video recording every time ensuring that both of these videos are in a perfect sync. That would not be a practical way, and using a webcam will make your life so much easy.

The zoom functionality of this camera is also terrible. When you zoom in the video quality takes a dive deep and it’s just not watchable. Though, zooming in is not required for most of the vloggers as nobody would want to watch your face up close. So, the terrible zoom is not that big of a deal.
