Energizer licensee brand Avenir smartphone announced the launch of three new phones at MWC 2018. These include all the Energizer smartphones. The Energizer Power Max P16K Pro, Power Max P490S and Hardcase H590S smartphones sports displays with an 18:9 aspect ratio, and have four cameras each. The Energizer Power Max P16K Pro comes with a humongous 16000mAh battery under the hood. The electronics giant has stated that the company is first mobile phone in India will be launched in the near future.
Energizer Power Max P16K Pro specifications
The Energizer Power Max P16K Pro runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) and the smartphone comes with a 5.99-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. The device is powered by a 2.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The handset sports a dual rear camera setup with a 16 MP and a 13 MP Sensor combo that has features such as Phase Detection Auto Focus and dual-tone dual-LED flash. On the front is another dual camera setup with 13 MP and 5 MP sensors.
Connectivity options on the phone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C, and GPS/ A-GPS. Sensors include gyroscope, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. There is a 16000 mAh, Non-removable Li-ion battery under the hood. The smartphone weighs in at a hefty 350 grams. There’s no information yet on when the phone will launch.
Energizer Power Max P490S specifications
The dual-SIM Power Max P490S runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) and the smartphone sports a 4.95-inch FWVGA (480 pixels by 854 pixels) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage. Storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

The Energizer Power Max 490S phone packs an 8 MP primary camera on the rear and a 5 MP front shooter for selfies There is a 4000mAh battery under the hood.
In terms of connectivity, the Energizer Power Max P490S gets 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, GPS, Bluetooth among others. The smartphone includes the accelerometer, proximity sensor, fingerprint sensor. The Power Max P490S is said to be available starting Q2 2018.
Energizer Hardcase H590S specifications
The Energizer Hardcase H590S is a dual SIM phone that sports a 5.90-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels with an 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core processor with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD.
In the camera department, the Energizer Hardcase H590S bears a 16 MP and a 0.3 MP sensor combination on the rear, and a 13 MP and a 0.3 MP setup on the front. Backing the smartphone is a 5800mAh battery under the hood. The device connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and USB Type-C (fast charging support).
The device includes the gyroscope, proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass, heart rate monitor, UV sensor, light sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is waterproof and shockproof with IP68 certification. The Hardcase H590S is said to be made available from Q2 2018.
