Although we see many packages and offers that provide cheap internet with better speed but still we need something very cheap with more fast speed. For this we cannot give you offers or packages like this but we can show you some softwares that can decrease your internet usage with websites present on your own computer. Which means that you don’t have to waste your internet over a website which you visit again and again for some reason.
If you visit a static website many times like if you want to see health tips or learn tutorials of a skill on a website, then you don’t have to waste your internet MBs on a single website. Rather you can download the whole website on your own computer where you can still see the whole website without internet.
Similarly, if you visit a dynamic website which have client side controls or simple which need user input many times to function can also be downloaded and used without internet.

HTTrack Website Copier
This tools crawls through the all web pages of site and download them for you so that you can visit them even offline. It just saves the html and php files in local drive which can be run without internet access. Moreover, if you want to download a website that require login at some point then due to security reasons of website, you cannot download the web pages related to your account. But if you want to download them too then this tool also asks you to download those pages related to your account by signing into website. Some other tools similar to HTTrack website copier are also present but due to better user interface it is more famous among users.
Local Host
Local host will not help you much if you only use internet for browsing but it can help you much if you are Web Developer or a hacker. You can use local host my two softwares given below:

Both these tools almost have same functionality so it’s up to you to choose one. Some advantages of using local host are as follows:
1. If you are a web developer and use tools like wordpress etc. then surely you might have wasted a lot of time testing plugins and themes on website. This can result in high consumption of internet. So solution is the local host where you can install wordpress and other softwares and you can easily test plugins etc. You will also feel free as any mistake won’t cause problem in your website as you are testing everything in your own computer not on the internet.
2. If you are a hacker then I’ll advise you not to begin with hacking websites directly. If you want to test your attacks against some website, you can download the whole website via HTTrack and then you can test your tools like Burp Suite etc. It will act like internet where you can view HTTP requests on your tools. You can easily configure proxy to intercept responses.
3. You can review and improve your website by first testing everything of it in the local host so it will turn into a revision of website before uploading to internet.
