Leadership Conference Offers Tools to Elevate Work Culture

DENVER -- If you feel stagnant at your job, if your workplace suffers from low morale, you're not alone. Two-thirds of American employees aren't engaged at work, according to a 2017 Gallup report. However, business leaders willing to invest one day to learn from six experts, authors and consultants in the field can access the tools they need to gain the respect and trust of employees while increasing fun and productivity in the workplace. “Life. Leadership. Elevated.” is an exclusive, one-day leadership conference offering insights and actionable takeaways to create a purposeful, positive and productive work culture to be held on April 20, 2018, in Denver, Colorado.

"One of the biggest challenges in the coming years for leaders of every size and type of business is to improve the quality of their work culture," says S. Chris Edmonds, event speaker, CEO of The Purposeful Culture Group, and author of The Culture Engine. "Culture drives everything that happens in your organization, for better or worse. This is your opportunity to create and celebrate a purposeful and positive work culture for your organization."

“Life. Leadership. Elevated.” is a different kind of conference. Participation in the event is capped at 60 to foster powerful discussions and give participants quality time with our experts. Instead of feeling talked at from the stage, attendees will become a partner in learning through interactive, small-group discussions among people who care about leadership at work, at home, and in their communities.

Edmonds explains that impactful leadership isn't limited to work. “Life. Leadership. Elevated.” offers insights and strategy that can be implemented not only in the workplace, but in one's life, home and community.

"Everyone will leave with ten great ideas to put into place the next day," he said. “Maybe twenty!”

Unlike other conferences that try to up-sell attendees with t-shirts, books, or programs, participants will leave “Life. Leadership. Elevated.” with five books written by conference speakers included in the registration fee, a wealth of future insight into leadership and culture.

Other thought leaders joining Edmonds for this premiere conference are Fatima Doman, CEO of Authentic Strengths and author of Authentic Strengths; S. Max Brown, Managing Partner of the Institute for Enterprise Excellence and author of Leadership Vertigo; Mark S Babbitt, CEO of YouTern and author of A World Gone Social; Shawn Murphy, CEO of WorqIQ, and Ann Phillips, leadership speaker and consultant. Nora Burns will emcee and moderate our speaker panel at the end of the day.

S. Chris Edmonds and Shawn Murphy are on Inc. magazine's 2018 list of the Top 100 Leadership Speakers.

Registration for this event is $249 and includes full participation in lectures and discussions, five complimentary books written by “Life. Leadership. Elevated.” speakers, coffee and snacks, a hot buffet lunch, and a beer and wine reception.
