The training manager at ABC Corporation has asked you to identify the kind of training programmers that should be offered to young recruits who have joined as management trainees and are to be imparted five additional general management programmers along with their specific job training modules. The trainees are a mixed bunch of engineering and management graduates.

What should be the ideal structure of a research report? What are the elements of structure defined by you.
