Frosted Flakes: Husker Baseball Staff is “Safe”

No changes to Huskers along with some other offseason tidbits

I was waiting this morning for news that Darin Erstad was going to be shanking up his coaching ranks and look for a new pitching coach. As we now know there will most likely not be any moving within those ranks. Erstad will be sticking with what he thinks will work out in time.

Was it the right move? We will have to wait and see. Ted Silva has taken a lot of heat the past season for the decimated pitching squad that limped to a finish. I know there will be a lot of soul searching this offseason. If Nebraska has a similar season next year in regards to pitching then I think there will have to be changes in the program.

But for now, Erstad and his Staff are safe.
