Arsene Wenger is very likely to remain as Arsenal’s manager next season. The Gunners currently sit away from Champions League football and would have to work hard for qualification.

They have a few problems on the field and Wenger has a lot of work to do to strengthen his team. A couple of signings are expected to be made, but there are worrying concerns over contracts of his current players.

Top on their list is the possible departure of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez. Both players’ contracts run out in June 2018 with talks currently at a standstill.

But it turns out Ozil and Sanchez are not the only players with expiring contract. A total of 12 players would need to agree fresh terms if they are to play for Arsenal beyond next season.
