ITS OK TO SING WHEN WE ARE WINNING

After Liverpool's thunderous defeat of old rivals Arsenal 3-1 at Anfield on Saturday evening. I was moved to clench a fist in the air like a twenty year old as if we had just won a Trophy or something.

Us Liverpool fans have been put through the mill these last few months Losing so many matches since the new year began. Not just losing but playing so poorly, that was the worst of it. Losing tamely to weaker, lesser teams with barely an ounce of fight in our team.

So when we do actually play really well and outplay Spurs 2-0 or Arsenal 3-1 then it feels like the good days are back again in those precious moments and it is right to jump in the air and celebrate victory.

For some reason this Season, Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool can live with and beat the best, we beat Chelsea 2-0 early on, but we fail against the worst, or relegation fodder to be more precise.

We need new players as usual, a centre-back, Sakho where are you? A strong midfielder, a winger and maybe a centre forward.

There is always speculation after every bad result, by everyone, the Press, blogs, everyone comes out to rant and rave.

It's understandable, infuriatingly so. The very best we can hope and aim for after blowing this Season up in January is a top four finish. Arsenal, Man City, Spurs and Man Utd are our direct rivals in this mini League, we all cannot qualify.

But there will be a mighty big cheer at Anfield in May if Liverpool finish 4th or higher.
