Still haphazard format until I get more bandwidth in life…let’s move.

• Can we hold off on some things, please? I am as excited for the NBA Finals as anyone, especially since the rest of the playoffs have been relatively horrible overall.  Anyway, let’s not put the cart before the horse.  The East is still playing.  #2 story on ESPN wire midday today?  “Durant early favorite for Finals MVP over Curry.”  I am not ready for that story yet and just don’t care.
• Game 5 is tonight between the Celtics and Cavs. The Cavs most likely will take care of business.  I HOPE so, as even though I am primarily a basketball fan, a seventh game in the Stanley Cup Finals can’t be topped for energy, and most of my attention will be on that game tonight.
• For the 1000^th time, listening to the hockey announcers do their thing is one of the most knowledgeable, fluid, exciting things in sports. Love listening to those guys…
• I like the Cavs to clean this up.
• I like the Pens to restore order and make the finals watchable and cared about. They have too much fire power.
• I drank it way back when, again on the cruise ship, and think I will continue to drink Grolsch, one of the most smooth beers I ever have had.
• My buddy sent me this today, and I think it kind of sums me up perfectly.  
• I have this debate raging in me whether Lavar Ball A) Knows he is an asshole and is consciously pushing it on us through his kids’ talent or (and much more scary) B) is absolutely oblivious to what he is doing as he HAS to know how much of an idiot he is…right?  RIGHT???
• Yes, I walked down to the American Ninja Warrior shooting, no I didn’t have the free tickets, no I wasn’t staying until midnight to watch the thing, and there has to be a better way for people outside of the “studio” audience to enjoy it for a bit.  There was also a 1230am shooting both nights, along with a 230am shooting the night before.  Ugghhh.  School night.
• So, my wife called this year’s winner of The Voice, and I had last year. Guess next year is the tie breaker.
• Something must be wrong with me, as I haven’t read Deadspin in way too long. A lot is wrong with that, and I need to get back on the horse.  Great, great site.
• Rotoden is still scheduled for a release on June 18^th, I will be writing for it, and more to come on this in the coming weeks.
• The Pats restructured Gronk’s contract based more on stat and playing incentives. That is great and all, but I don’t think Gronk cares in the long run.  He is making enough on off the field activities to pay the bills, Vegas trips, and maybe Manziel’s rehab tab.
• Hold ON.  There is another Mummy movie, and Tom Cruise is IN it??  We are officially out of ideas.
• So, Beckham gets the largest sponsor deal ever, and then can’t make time for voluntary OTA’s a day later? Come on, man.  Stop being THAT guy.
• Still organizing the 750 or so pics from my trip. I will share them upcoming…probably over the weekend or next week.
• A couple of Indy drivers got robbed at a Taco Bell the other day. I still don’t fully understand who goes to Taco Bell outside of the last stop home at night.  930?  You deserve it, guys.  Taco Bell I think sucks unless I am desperate.
• NBA and NHL are primary on the radar, and I get that. But, quiet HUGE move in college bball as Emmanuel Agot reclassified AND committed to Zona.  Zona needs to win something and soon.  They have had a top 7 recruiting class for the last 20,000 years it feels like (I think it is more like top 7 for 10 years but whatever).  Agot and his friends already on that team are studs.
• AND Zona had two guys enter the draft and withdraw.
• The pain that Steve Kerr is feeling almost makes me want to root for the Warriors, but then a super team build hatred overrides that emotion. It will pain me rooting for LeBron, but I will have to.
• I know there are lots of cons, Manu, but my basketball fan self tells me you have more in the tank and should give it another go next year.
• Thoughts and prayers to the UK, and glad I got back to states before they went on high alert.
• Why should you care about Jontay Porter if you are a college bball fan? Because shit is going DOWN at Mizzou also, with Jontay reclassifying and joining fellow stellar recruit brother and dad.
• Thoughts and prayers, Tez, as from what I know you were as standup off the field as you were on it.
• This wasn’t as in depth as I would have thought it would be, but still the point hits home. We should be very excited that we are getting closer to the college football season.
• Seriously, the Fuego Box is like the best gift ever for us hot sauce users. Can’t wait for the next round, and still enjoying the present three surprise hard to find hot sauces.
• Might just be me, but if I am not the Warriors or Cavs or Celtics, I am giving Chris Bosh a call YESTERDAY.  Dude has more left in the tank if he is medically cleared.
