The Olympic Flag was presented to Vancouver's Mayor Sam Sullivan on Sunday during the closing ceremony of the Torino Games. On Tuesday, it was raised at the Vancouver City Hall mast. The Flag was placed into a special attachment on Sullivan’s wheelchair by International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge.
