I have found some videos describing the Right Sided Swing and the differences to the Left sided swing (traditional swing). Many are unaware and some have misconceptions about it. Both types of swing are effective but I believe one makes more biomechanical sense than the other. There are a few videos in the series which I will upload over the next few days.
