"The 4 Hour Body" was just released today. This fitness and nutrition book is written by Timothy Ferris, who also authored one of my favorite books The 4-Hour Workweek, Expanded and Updated: Expanded and Updated, With Over 100 New Pages of Cutting-Edge Content..
I ordered 3 copies of the book last week from Ferris' blog and hope to receive my copies by Christmas time. I am gifting two of the books to friends who I know will find Tim's Four Hour Body a good informative read.
What I find most interesting about this book is that Tim Ferris has spent years tracking his own results. The man walks the talk, so to speak.
I'm looking forward to reading it.
