The Canucks host Calgary tonight in the final Hockey Day in Canada game.
When: 7 pm, Rogers Arena, Vancouver, BC
Where to Watch: CBC, Sportsnet, NHL.com
Where to Listen: TSN 1040
SB Nation Game Hub
Opposition Blog: Matchsticks and Gasoline
Money Line: CGY -119 to -130
If the 2-4 eastern road trip didn’t completely kill the Canucks’ playoff hopes, a loss tonight against the Calgary Flames surely will. Then the trickle of ‘Jim Benning is a drooling idiot’ pre-deadline articles we’ve seen over the last couple days will become a flood. Bliss!
I have almost zero doubt, this hockey market was far smarter, sophisticated,& hockey savvy, when the Canucks played at the Pacific Coliseum.

That has to go for the local hockey media, too.
Matt Bartkowski draws in to the Calgary Flames lineup for the first time this season. No word on whether Beth Bartkowski will be in the stands at the Rog tonight.
Jayson Megna will start the game on the first power-play unit (!), while Reid Boucher sits and Brendan Gaunce draws back in.
Enjoy the game, everyone. Coconuts Go!
