Superlek ranks among the top Muay Thai fighters of this generation. He has acquired a bevy of elite titles in his career and bagged the coveted Sports Authority of Thailand Muay Thai Fighter of the Year in 2012. It is remarkable to note that Superlek’s coming Hong Kong debut marks his third fight for this month. After beating Muangthai PKSaenchaiGym in Buriram and Jonathan Haggerty over the weekend on YOKKAO 31, he is looking for his third straight win of October.
The Thai phenom will be matched against Spanish fighter, Cristofer “The Destructor” Opazos. Opazos has fought on Enfusion and is well-known for his heavy punches. The 25 year-old holds a record of 42 wins in 53 fights including 15 finishes by KO. He is also the ISKA and WBC Muay Thai Spain national champion. Fighting out of Sparta & Tizona Fight Club in Barcelona, Opazos will now be looking at his biggest challenge to date against the elite Thai champion.
