Must have Players for Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 36

The FPLGeneral looks at the must-have players for Fantasy Premier League GW36. This FPL classification is based on the players performance during the previous Premier League matches this season.

Mohamed Salah

Fixture: Liverpool vs Stoke (Saturday 12.30)

All eyes will be on the @AnfieldExpress Twitter account again on Friday night in the hope that they leak the Liverpool team news again which they have been spot on with over the last couple of weeks.

If it looks like Salah is going to start, which I think he will after coming off early against Roma, you’ve got to have him for Stoke. If you don’t, make sure you give behind the sofa a hoover before Saturday because that’s where you’re going to be from 12.30pm – 2.20pm if he plays.

Raheem Sterling

Fixture: West Ham vs Manchester City (Sunday 14.15)

fantasy managers in each of his last six starts, scoring four goals and providing four assists.

He’s in my FPL team and will also be the first name on my Sportito team sheet for Sunday’s #FPLCommunity contest.

Gabriel Jesus

Fixture: West Ham vs Manchester City (Sunday 14.15)

The Brazilian looks to be the safest bet when it comes to choosing City players because there is no like for like replacement for him with Sergio Aguero out injured. He’s in good form as well, scoring three goals and registering three assists in his last four league starts. The Hammers won’t be looking forward to this one having conceded four against Arsenal on Sunday. Another big win for Pep’s side is on the cards.

Christian Eriksen

Fixture: Tottenham vs Watford (Monday 20.00)

The Dane is probably the best FPL option from Spurs at the moment having scored four times in his last five games. He delivers the fantasy points consistently, season after season. Spurs have a nice run-in and have no other competitions to worry about having been knocked out of the FA Cup by Manchester United. They also have a DGW37 which makes Eriksen very attractive indeed.

Harry Kane

Fixture: Tottenham vs Watford (Monday 20.00)

Kane has struggled to regain his form since returning from injury. He’s managed just one goal in his last six premier league appearances. Watford at home on Monday night is the ideal fixture for him to get back amongst the goals just in time for double gameweek 37 in which Spurs have two tasty fixtures against West Brom and Newcastle. He’ll be coming into my FPL team this week in place of Alexandre Lacazette and I’m hoping he produces the goods between now and the end of the season. Watch your back Mo Salah.
