Did you have San Diego +309 on Friday? RickJ did! Take a look now.

Friday was another very busy day for plays with 8 plays going 4-4. We ended up with a good day as our two 1 unit plays both won and we had an overnight on San Diego winning at +309 odds!

So when the smoke cleared we were +2.565 units on the day.

Our 2 one unit plays were KC +107 winning 6-4 and the White Sox +126 winning 6-3. We had another 1 unit play on San Fran but the game did not go.

We had a 1/2 unit play on Atlanta +127 losing 5-8.

And we had 5 overnights: San Diego +309 won 4-3 as did Pit +143 4-2. Colorado -105 lost 3-8, Balt +100 lost 4-5 and Arizona +101 lost 3-8.

Today so far I have sent out 5 plays.

It appears so far it is Dejavu as we hovered around the even mark all season but the last 6 weeks of the season is showing a spurt to the upside. This is the exact same pattern we had last season when we ended up +13 units. The only difference is this spurt is arriving a little earlier than last season.

The lesson in all of this is to stay disciplined and not take yourself out of your sports betting with bad habits.

Bet sizing and bankroll management will assure you the best chance to succeed as a sports bettor.

MLB is a grind. And it can tax the most disciplined sports bettor.

Do not feel alone, it took me many years to get to the point I am at now where the grind does not bother me one bit. It comes with the territory. It is the environment that the most seasoned sports bettors accept and work with.

For those of you that are limit poker players, you know all too well what I am talking about.

The only chance sports bettors have to make money betting sports is to have a methodical approach to their bet and bankroll sizing. Without that, I could give you 60% winners and you would not make money!

I also can tell you if you’re thinking about signing up and joining us if you’re not committed to proper bankroll management and bet sizing do not bother. It will be a waste of your time. In addition, I would recommend you stop betting until such time as you accept that premise. It will save you a lot of money.

That is my pep talk for today. I also have one I give prior to the beginning of the NFL season. I will hold off on that one for now:)

Good Luck Today
