The greatest amount of Energy to get is through breathing, so anything that interferes with breathing, affects the amount of energy. One can raise energy levels and get rid of this physical troubles with the help of easy breathing quickly and safely. When a man feels the force, there will be greater confidence and peace of mind.

This means that you could fill every cell of the body with energy…When the breathing deteriorates due to internal conflict or stress, lack of energy occurs and the body operates at low power levels. This process is called a disease.

Recent scientific research has shown that the oxygen coming from the blood cells can be processed when there is a high Carbon Dioxide content. If the oxygen and carbon dioxide ratio of 1/3 in the body cells, the oxygen can be completely processed. This means that there must be three times as much carbon dioxide in the cells than oxygen. When the content of carbon dioxide in the cells to fall off, the cells are unable to process the oxygen that comes with blood, so oxygen hunger occurs in the body and energy shortages take place.

A short inhalation and long passive exhalation helps maintain the high carbon dioxide levels in the cells, so the body can process the oxygen and raise the energy to 100%.

You can use a special breathing test to measure your own energy levels. Hold your breath back after exhalation. This called the apnea of the body or pause control. A medium exhalation should be carried out through the nose and exhale after hold the breath until you succeed without tension. Don’t try to hold the breath pause with force.

If the apnea is:
10 sec. - this is a low energy level,
20-30 sec. - this medium energy level, which most people have,
30-40 sec. - this is normal energy level,
40-60 sec. - very high energy level,

The energy of breathing

A healthy body cells contain 2% oxygen and 6.5% carbon dioxide. The blood cells to oxygen ratio is persistent and does not depend on the depth and frequency of breathing. If human tissue cells contain 6.5% carbon dioxide, these cells are able to absorb all the oxygen, which enters the blood cells: so to speak, 100% use this option. People can experience these reactions in the form of acute manifestation of disease itself, which is becoming chronic. If carbon dioxide in the tissue cells is in rapid decline as a result of the lack of energy and the body can not switch to power-saving-operation time due to illness, they call this sudden death. For example, when a person heart stops without any reason. 
Such cases occur especially often in high solar activity and in the events of magnetic storms.

People get oxygen by breathing, which is the source of energy in the processes taking place in the cells.
In short, tense - especially done through the mouth - exhaling, the loss of carbon dioxide level exceeds the generated carbon dioxide level in the cells.

The more carbon dioxide in the tissue cells, the more oxygen is consumed.
