Tips on How to Meditate:
Music can assist with reaching a meditative state and turns your focus inwards towards your breath. Here is a selection of three musical pieces composed by Adrian Von Ziegler. They are most effective to use during the day with a set intention, but not during your morning (after waking) or evening (before bed) meditations. When you use them for creative thinking or observations of your thoughts, keep a pen and paper at hand to jot down any impressions. Review these afterwards and you’d be amazed at how inspiring some of the ideas can be. Pluto is my favourite and I use it first to get me in the mood, then I move on to either the Autumn Forest or Summer Isle.

Tip: Select musical pieces that are in harmony with your usual meditation time, for instance if you are a beginner, 5 minute pieces are preferred, whereas more advanced students could combine smaller pieces or select longer ones!
