Normally we can only remove those Components that windows allows us, In other words the components it shows in windows components windows. If you want to hide those components too , change the following file-

c:\windows\system32\inf\sysoc.inf

It is a Hidden file so open it by copying the path on address bar or opening the hidden files, as you wish. In this file you can see all the components (hidden). You will find the word “hide” in every component line that is hidden in windows components window.

What you have to do is clear the word “hide” in every file..like this

after changes save the file and open windows component wizard from Control panel>>add or remove programs>>add/remove windows components. It will now show the hidden components too. like this

So remove those components by this wizard.
