It makes you wonder, what keeps so many people, worldwide, on line everyday?  The obvious answer is the simple fact that someone, somewhere is looking for something at all times.  It makes sense to make sure your site has something that someone is looking for.  Considering the large number of folks online, you would think your site would  get tons of Visitors.

Unfortunately many people see little or no visitors to their site because they don't know how to generate traffic.

Your first step in getting visitors is to have high quality content.  Make the information on your website or blog something that someone is looking for.  (remember, someone is always looking for something).  If you are a blogger or webmaster, pick your topic, and offer as much info about it as you can using keywords to get the attention of the search engines.  If you are selling online, mention your product or service as often as possible (these are your keywords) in your site content.  People will find you in their web searches on goggle, yahoo, etc.  once your site obtains a certain ranking.
