I am always on the lookout for websites which allow you to purchase a Gift card directly through them. My research however has found that 50% of businesses with a retail store (not food related) at Chadstone Shopping Centre do not have a website and of the ones that do 75% offer the ability to purchase a gift card online.

This doesn’t mean they don’t Offer Gift Cards at all, I am sure 95% offer them via their retail outlet, but their online stores haven’t been able to catch up.

By placing a minimum spend on online purchases, businesses should be able to offer Gift Cards that will bring in some much needed cashflow. For the customer, knowing that you can jump online and purchase a gift card or voucher for a loved on and have delivered to you or them is such a convenience.

It means Cash Flow with no outlay for stock or services. It also makes for a very convenient gift for the customer who likes the store, knows their friend or loved on will like the store but just doesn’t have the time to drive around trying to find it.
