Probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen.

Diablo lake?

I spent some time there a few summers ago. Insanely jealous of the state and all the mountains, compared to the Northeast. Don’t get me wrong, I love VT/NH/ME, but the mountains are just a total different beautiful out west.

Did you have any time to go through Olympic NP? I’m not sure which I thought was more beautiful. Olympic had a more peaceful vibe to it, and the size of the trees is just insane.

Honestly come up to BC then. We drove down to cascades last summer to camp and were slightly disappointed in comparison. And it IS SO BEAUTIFUL already so that should tell you something!

It bugs me that the angle of the mountains doesn’t line up with the pamphlet. Move to the right!

One of the most underestimated national parks in the country. A lot of people don’t know it’s even there.

I am going to be spending 10 days here, doing trail work. I am sooooo excited.

I love this line of postcards. Recently every NP I’ve been to has had them. Big fan of the art style.

Awesome photo! You should do a series like this and keep them as mementos for everywhere you go.

Even the contrast between the colours of the picture and the actual place in real life look amazing.
