Let's face it, we've all attempted a new workout regimen and probably didn't see the results we expected once or twice before. Although you can work really hard on those squats and abs, one of the most important factors to keeping in shape is eating healthy.

However, making meals healthy isn't always easy especially for those with busy travel lifestyles. This is why we're huge fans of Wanu water. Not only does wanu water keep you hydrated on the go, it also provides the nutrients your body needs to keep chugging when you're body is in overdrive. Also, you can drink it during your work out to replenish your body with essential nutrients while your exercising.

For those of you who need a little extra guidance for healthy eating, here's an incredible recipe with wanu water that will keep you hydrated and ready for any fitness adventure around the world.

Passion Fruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 banana, pre-frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds (I used roasted ones)
  • 1/2 cup frozen Kiwi Cucumber wanu water

Directions

  1. Peel the banana fully. Then, slice into tiny pieces and place in the freezer overnight
  2. Add passion fruit, frozen banana, peaches, flaxseeds, almond milk, and frozen Kiwi Cucumber wanu water ice cubes into a blender and blend into a smoothie texture. Then, pour smoothie into a bowl and add extra toppings (granola, blueberries, strawberries, protein powder, etc.)

Not only is this recipe delicious, it also makes a great meal replacement or an energizing breakfast. Plus, wanu water has zero grams of sugar since it's naturally sweetened by monk fruit, which also lowers your risk of diabetes. They also come in 5 naturally sweetened and irresistible flavors. Here, we featured watermelon raspberry, peach passion, and kiwi cucumber.

I love wanu water so much that I event took it with me on my trip to India. During our rugged Indian Safari at the BRT Tiger Sanctuary, I kept a bottle to keep me hydrated in the hot Indian sun while burning massive amounts of calories exploring the exotic wildlife.

When you're not traveling in India or around the world, you can find all your favorite flavors of wanu water at your local Vons in the cold beverage isle.

Also, you can save $1.00 on the purchase of any two (2) 16oz bottles of wanu with this coupon here. (expires: 12/31/18)
