Today is Sunday and I'm in at work. No one really here. Looks like it's going to rain too. It's been fairly great weather this past weekend here in NY. Perfect weather just to take an easy drive or just a stroll. A friend of mine invited me to go to church with her today, but I refused, not only because I have to work but also because I find that many people that I know (the one's that invite me) don't really consistently go. They're like one-day-Christians. It's okay to do whatever they want during the week and on Sunday they put on their best clothes and their halo.

I don't appreciate the bible-toting preachy church goers, who are always damning everyone to hell to cover up their own insecurities. I'm a very spirtitual person but I don't go around preaching to everyone about my beliefs. Quiet as its kept, church or religion period, is one of the biggest industries in this country, next to porn. One is used to release your inhibitions, the other is used to subdue your inhibitions. I won't be surprised if church and porn had the same clientele.
