I came across this Weekly Review for businesses. This would be a nice addition to a GTD weekly review.

The point is to evaluate the answers and see how you can help current customers using that information. Are you doing a newsletter to clients? It's much easier to keep a customer than to get a new one!

2. What question have I been hearing most this week?
3. What do I really need to learn next week?
4. What was the biggest client success this week?
5. What memory from the last week brings the greatest sense of peace?
