A digital nomad is an individual who utilizes digital tools and resources to work from anywhere. In other terms, a digital nomad is a person who works without being dependent on a specific location.
The common misconception is where most people think that digital nomadism is about traveling the world while working. Although it’s partially true, as a digital nomad you want to stay far away from tourist destinations as productivity becomes challenging.
According to Wikipedia, digital nomads are people who use technologies to earn living while following a nomadic lifestyle. Such people typically work remotely from places such as coffee shops, co-working spaces, and even public libraries.

I still remember how I would wake up and leave my house at 6.30 am. I had to go through the same road and same traffic jam each and every day. Indulging myself into digital nomadic lifestyle has changed my daily routine. I never did the same thing each morning when I wake up. There is something new waiting for me. Being a digital nomad helps you to break from regular daily routine.
Expansion Of Knowledge
How do you expect to gain knowledge when you just get a degree from a University and keep reading books? You will every possible way to learn more about the outside world. The real world I mean. A digital nomad will get great opportunities to meet people from different countries. This will allow you learn languages, culture, and history of other countries. Learning and adapting to different cultures are fun things to do.
Improves Your Value
With the great knowledge acquired through digital nomad journey, you will have the experience to improve your personal value. On the other hand, you are broken free from the constraining lifestyle which will allow you to be whoever you wish to be. Traveling to new places time to time will help you leverage yourself through the challenges you will face. Digital nomad lifestyle will allow you to be the REAL you and improve your real value.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, the more places you visit the more people you will encounter. One of the writers working on my online projects is someone I encountered during my travel to Kenya. It will be relatively easier to make connections through nomadic lifestyle rather than attending same old-fashioned networking events with boring sales pitches.You never know maybe you might end up making connections with VCs or angel investors who might be interested in funding your next startup.
