Then head to India and Egypt, transit the Suez Canal and eventually lay at anchor in the Mediterranean for Athens and Rome before sailing back to Southampton. Fares start at $14,550 which works out to $182 per day per person.

And Radisson Seven Seas Cruises uses it's 700 passenger Seven Seas Voyager will all-suite, all-balcony accomodations for it's 109 day Round the World cruise leaving in Jan. Start in Los Angeles to Sydney and then on to 45 ports in 28 countries. Fares start at $50,000 which includes round-trip first-class air from North American and a $2,000 onboard credit. This works out to $ 459 per day per person.

All three ships offer shorter segments as short as 14 days so that you do not need to take the entire cruise if desired. Fares vary for each shorter segment.
