• The location of the guesthouse is very easy to find

• The guesthouse is also located near the shopping areas and there a lot of places to eat nearby

• It is only a 8 minutes’ walk to the bus stop that will take you to Incheon Airport

• The guesthouse is located at a more quiet side of Myeongdong and away from all the noise and chaos that can be heard from the street food markets at night

• There is also a hair saloon in the same building for a quick wash and blow

• A 7-11 convenience store is located in front of the guesthouse if you need to get any necessities

• The front Desk Staffs are friendly, helpful, cooperative, approachable, accommodating

• Some of the front desk staffs can speak very good English and Mandarin too

• The front desk staffs can also help you with maps, book a taxi for you and carry your luggage up to your room

• These front desk staffs are always kind and cheerful making you feel right at home

• As long as your request is not over demanding, the front desk staffs are willing to do their best to accommodate and an example would be a guest who requested for breakfast 15 minutes after the breakfast time was over and his request was fulfilled efficiently

• Free breakfast is provided until 10 AM daily and they serve breads with jam, cereals and freshly brewed coffee

• You can also use the pantry, microwave, hot & cold water dispenser and washing machine for free

• You can leave your luggage at the reception with no extra charges unlike certain guesthouses charging their guests for leaving their luggage at the reception

• The rooms are clean and come equipped with a refrigerator, TV, clean towels and toiletries

• The guesthouse provide body shampoo, hair shampoo, hairdryer and they also change the towels daily

• There is a nice top floor with open space

Cons

• It is slightly on the expensive side compared to other guesthouses found within the area

• The rooms are very small and you cannot open your luggage freely

• Certain rooms have no windows

• The rooms are not suitable for claustrophobic people

• As the rooms are divided by partitions only and the walls are thin, it can be noisy and you can hear other guests talking or taking showers

• The bathroom is really small too and not practical for you to take showers

• Although they provide clean towels every day, they do not clean the room every day

• Certain guests found the bed to be a little too hard
