Every thing in software testing is totally dependent on the quality this activity is done to improve the quality of the software....
So today we are going to learn about the quality of a product what customer expects from our company and what is developers view regarding the product.
As per customers view our goal should be :
1.Delivering the right product it is very necessary part it is done in Requirement gathering for example a client needs his dashboard show not only the date range as well as this date yesterday today this month this year as well but if the requirement is not properly taken then there will be missing features and the end product will not be right...
2. Satisfying customer's needs : In each and every company what customer specifies it it very important to complete the needs and all the needs are gathered at requirement gathering phase. Business analyst takes the requirements and then as per the requirement specification only software is made. So requirement has to be taken properly.
3. Meeting the customer's expectation : What customer expects and what we are dilivering to the customer should not warry its not possible that all the quirements can be completed in first cration. The team decides the priority of requirements and then they only make the product which can start customers business and other than that least requirements are fullfield at the next version of a software and in this way Customers Expectation is completed.
4. Treating every customer : Treating every customer with integrity, courtecy and respect.
As per developers view they are as follows :
the first goal of the developer should be doint right thing means there must not be the difference between the what specification is saying and what developer is understanding specification should be creastal clear so that developer can understand and as per that build the product.
Every creation of the product needs a propar way so the developer should follow the right way to produce the product.
It is one of the goal of developer that creating the right product in the first time.
And the most important part delevering the product on time if the product creation is delayed then it can make a issue such as customer unsatisfation, loose the hope etc.
and any difference between the two views can cause problems.
In Quality Views there are three groups of people which maintains the quality of product.
1. QMS : QMS is simply acronym for quality management system. the main work of this team is to maintain the standads means what standadard the company should follow is decided by QMS.
2. QA : QA is acronym for quality assurance team the main work of this team is to check the process of product cration.
3. QC : QC is acronym for quality control this team checks the end product and then only the product is delevered to the customer.
