The Duggar sisters have filed a lawsuit against In Tough magazine and Arkansas Police Department who that claimed Released Sealed Documents about their molestation. If not mistaken, the names on the report were redacted along with the pronouns. The Duggars themselves outed the girls on their Fox News interview. Had they not waited for the statue of limitations to be up when they reported it, it would have been a record and sealed because at the time Josh the predator was a minor....when they filed the report he was 18.
