We can see that the world is full of Suffering. But the true love always help us to suffer less.
The Love which includes below four qualities in it,can be described as the true love.
Metta
Karuna
Muditha
Upeksha
Metta is the loving kindness, which we have the power to offer Happiness to our own selves and the others.When we are able to generate happiness and joy for ourselves that is true love. If we can help the other person also generate happiness and joy that is also true love. A true lover will let the other person recognize many conditions of joy. When we are able to generate happiness for ourselves as well as the others that is the real metta.
Karuna is the compassion. The capacity we have to make ourselves suffer less. Help other people also to suffer less. Karuna is we help the other people to transform their suffering in to a happiness.
Buddha is called "Mahakaruna" and "Mahamaithree" because Buddha had such a great compassion to help the entire living beings to end suffering .
Muditha is we will feel other person's happiness as our own happiness. True love will never create suffering for anyone, but only generate joy and happiness.
Upeksha means that you will look at everyone by being in the center. No individuality or attachment. Actually in true love there is no boundary between the person who love and the person who is being loved. It is like this example, when a person go to Buddha and worship there is no boundary in that. When there is no boundary the perfect communication starts happening.
In true love your suffering becomes my suffering. My happiness becomes your happiness. There will be no individual suffering or happiness anymore. No differentiation or separation and it will include everyone equally.
When we begin to love ourselves truly, our hearts will open and continue to expand and one day we will include everyone in our love. We will not separate or exclude anyone or anything.
The Love of Buddha includes all living beings. That love and compassion is infinite.
In the true love, that love will continue to expand until it includes everyone in the entire universe. The Love with metta, karuna, muditha and upeksha is the real true love that exist.
