Beautiful surpriess are nothing new to the equally beautiful life of inspiration and compassion that Radhanath Swami leads. This time, he meets Gary after 18 long years of separation. The last time they were together was when they came across one another at the Himalayan foothill in Pokhara valley, which was yet another miraculous story of their reunion. That meeting was short, and they separated almost as quickly as they met. 18 long years had passed since then, and Radhanath Swami's life had undergone a sea change. Having dedicated his life to the spread of Krishna Consciousness, he now was a renunciant Sanyasi in the ISKCON movement. His parents had moved from the Highland Park in Chicago, and so did Gary's. It was around the year of 1990, devoid of any Facebook's or Twitters or the cellphones to enable someone to try to trace out their loved ones. Radhanath Swami had no clue or means of looking out for Gary, and being busy with the activities of his organization, he perhaps couldn't even actively do so. God, however, has his own unbelievable ways of getting people together.
