According to Wikipedia, A sceptre (British English) or scepter (American English; see spelling differences) is a symbolic ornamental staff or wand held in the hand by a ruling monarch as an item of royal or imperial insignia. Figuratively, it means royal or imperial authority or sovereignty, either right or cruel.

What this means is that any one whom rules in this world has either a Scepter of right doing or a scepter of wrongdoing. As humans we fall into on of the two categories either as an ruler thereof or ruled thereof. These are the only to sceptres! Now from a non dual point of view, we would have to throw the Sceptre concept out. For the sake of the subject matter at hand will expound upon what these things mean. The sceptre as a symbol of rulership means that you rule, majestic, powerful and call shots. As of now there aren’t many right doing sceptres in the Earth. How is that? Well, when you look at the state of divisiveness confusion of the human faith you would notice this: We all acknowledge one God with millions of ways of reaching him. Each is not always for each.

With that being said, I’m simply saying that the only right dong sceptre in the Earth is Father Yah’s elect! Guess what, they’re totally oppressed by the principalities. They do fight for their cause but when they face a fall it detriments the entire human race. So, keep that in mind when you’re talking to Bobber up the street who can have a cordial religious conversation.
