Our love and concern for another person can be a tangible example of Christ’s love for someone in pain. Though God is with us, sometimes, we may be at a loss for words or be unsure how we can best love of friend or family member who is suffering.

Rather than me giving generalized advice, I want to hand this post over to Christine Henderson. Christine is a Catholic speaker and blogger, and she recently shared a video on Grief.

Christine has a clear and expressive voice, and she speaks so every word is said with care. In her approximately 8 minute video, she talks about how we can be present to someone who is experiencing grief. Be sure to check out her video and send her some love.

How have you found ways to show love to someone struggling?
