[Ramadan Heart Detox Challenge] Day 30

Welcome to Season 3 of the Productive Muslim Podcast. In this season we will be releasing short daily podcasts during the month of Ramadan, dedicated to the Heart Detox Challenge, hosted by Zaynab Hamdi. The purpose of this detox challenge is to help detox spiritually and let go of bad habits and build good ones. In today’s final episode, we talk about the Fast-Foward Technique. Imagine yourself one year from now and how are you feeling then. This technique is very helpful in terms of dealing with emotions like anger, jealousy, fear or even excitement.
