If you could see any 2018 Lions game live, which would it be?

The NFL 2018 Schedule is out, and now is the time in which a lot of Football fans begin to plan out a trip to see their favorite team play at least once this year. Whether it be a road contest, an annual trip to their home stadium, or the first football game you’ve ever attended, the schedule release can be an exciting moment for fans looking to catch live football.

The Detroit Lions have an interesting schedule this year, filled with some highly watchable games, and a few nationally televised contests. Some of you are likely already scheduling visits to see the Lions, while others may not have the means to do so in 2018.

Either way, let’s live in a hypothetical scenario in which you can pick one Lions game to go to this year, all expenses paid. Which one Lions game would you want to go see live?

My answer: Week 17 Lions at Packers.

Lambeau Field remains my No. 1 on my NFL stadium bucket list. And what better way to experience the legendary location than in the throes of December in the final game of the season with the NFC North potentially on the line?

I know the cold will likely be unbearable at times, and I run the risk of having my heart broken while being surrounded by thousands of insufferable Packers fans, but that’s exactly what I love about football. You pour your heart into a team each and every week knowing that after three hours you may be livid or ecstatic. Doing that while bundled in four layers of clothing—with only a small sliver of my face exposed to the brisk air so that I can see the game—sounds like a dream. Seriously.

I wouldn’t want to experience Lambeau any other way.
