Submission in its best form is ultimate Respect.  Respect for someone shows you are validating their existence, their views, and their feelings. 

 

Submission is also powerful in the way of acceptance.  Accepting the fact that in our highest and best form we are in this life to serve others....Submission is the key to this.  Humility soon follows and we become beautiful, glowing, and very powerful. 

 

When you see a Man or Women practicing this it is amazing to witness.  They command so much respect and power.  If you have been around a truly graceful and elegant woman who has a strong presence, when she speaks it is only of positivity.  She has a nurturing way about her.  She doesn't waste energy or time arguing, gossiping, or being petty.  She moves and talks with purpose.  How rare this is?!!!  I had a female boss one time when working construction.  I am very alpha, and I was also very young, causing me to be nervous at the thought of taking orders from a woman.  Wow...I was so blessed to have her as a boss!  She was very professional in every way.  Her presence, wisdom, and actions made her transcend gender!  This is when I first learned what Submission looks like.  She didn't try to take my masculinity away, control me, or tell me what to do.  She walked in submission and humility.  In her doing this, it made me respect her, take care of her, and execute her wishes in the day to day operations of her business. 

 

How does a man submit you may ask? Yes, even alphas submit!  Submission in one form is gentleness.  This shows respect for another person's views and feelings. This is validating their existence.  There are a lot of strong alpha males, but when you see a man who can stand up and lead but also have that soft side, that compassion, it is amazing and beautiful.  There was a story told of a high-powered CEO of an international corporation.  The story talked about how he could be in a business meeting wrestling with a board of directors over millions of dollars, but after concluding the meeting he would walk through the door into his office where his son was playing with his toy trucks, get down on the ground, and play with him.  The ability to see the true value in things, not the values the world puts on things, this is a beautiful Submission.  To put others before yourself is the highest respect. 

 

My own father has an amazing trait in this way.  When I was growing up, no matter what work he was doing, if I came up to him and asked for help with something he would drop whatever he was doing to help me.  He said that whatever he was doing wasn't as important as spending time helping me.  He never made me feel like I was bothering him.  I always had that support, that Submission.  That is a powerful denominator in supporting and showing your children how to serve others. 

 

It is in almost everything we do for our life partners.  We should be living for each other's dreams.  I help you get your dreams, you help me get mine.  We are partners.  We submit to our common bonds and direction in life.  We only do things which bring us closer and make us bond.  We both should submit to this ideal.  When people don't, this is the breakdown of relationships and even society. 

 

I'm just scratching the surface here.  If you are religious, study this subject in whatever bible you subscribe to.  If you're spiritual, ponder long on how Submission is in all facets of life.  If you're the cynical type, just try being humble in every way.  It really helps make life easier....for everybody!
