I can honestly say I have no idea what this x-ray is telling me. If I had to guess, I would say that buddy shoved a transformer up his ass. If you're not familiar with what a transformer is, it's a robot in disguise, it's more that meets the eyes.

If I'm correct and that actually is a transformer, I hope for this guys sake that it doesn't transform into the CN tower, or buddy will be split from arsehole to earlobe. Then again, I don't care.
