City Councilor Adam Nilsson is facing a recall effort after he plead guilty to a Criminal Mischief charge of trespass on an abandoned county-owned lime plant. Nilsson was appointed to the council and his term ends at the end of the year. Petitioners need 586 signatures by June 4.
